The Commission voted to accept a settlement agreement with Hollywood Casino Columbus at its September meeting. The agreement - which includes a $10,000 fine - was the result of compliance violations at the property involving slot machines. Commission staff discovered a number of slot machines containing unapproved software, and that the casino failed to maintain a comprehensive list of all slot machines on the casino floor. In addition, slot machines were placed into active play without first being verified and sealed by the Commission.
