June Taylor has been named chair of the Ohio Casino Control Commission by Ohio Governor John Kasich. Taylor – who previously served as vice-chair – was originally appointed to the Commission in 2011 and re-appointed in 2015. She succeeds Jo Ann Davidson, who has reached the six-year term limit as chair. Davidson will continue to serve as a member of the Commission.
Taylor is president of MAC Installations & Consulting, LLC, a Cleveland-based technology firm that provides service to hospitality, education and medical institutions in Northeast Ohio and throughout the Midwest. She is also a member of the Cleveland State University Board of Trustees. Taylor attended Northwestern University, where she received a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering and a master’s degree from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management with concentrations in finance and marketing.
