The Commission has accepted a settlement agreement with Hollywood Casino Columbus regarding violations involving the operation of table games and the storage of table game cards. The agreement includes a $95,000 fine.
The Commission’s Regulatory Compliance Division discovered Hollywood Columbus operated table games in a manner inconsistent with Commission‐approved game rules and failed to store table game cards as required by the Ohio Administrative Code. Additionally, the Commission found issues with the casino’s maintenance of its electronic shuffler inventory.
All fines levied by the Commission are deposited into the State’s General Revenue Fund.
