The Ohio Casino Control Commission (OCCC) is responsible for ensuring the integrity of gaming in Ohio. This includes oversight of the state’s four casinos as well as skill-based amusement machines and fantasy sports contests.

To accomplish our mission, OCCC staff is spread across five office locations – including 24-7 coverage at the four casinos. OCCC personnel possess a wide range of backgrounds and skills; however, our regulatory responsibilities center around licensing and investigations, regulatory compliance and enforcement.
